We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter to support the day-to-day operational tasks associated with shipping movements and general maintenance for the southern region. This position will complement the existing pool of casual Marine Operatives. You will be required to work at short notice and work within various hours to fulfil the services of Marine Services and Shipping.

Experience in a shipping or marine operations environment would be deemed an advantage with knowledge of port emergency response procedures.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with a ‘can-do’ attitude, to provide effective leadership and supervision of a multi-discipline trade team. You will be required to allocate resources for the management of specific maintenance projects and day to day asset maintenance (as well as providing ‘hands-on’ support) within a port environment.
