It is important that prior to anyone attending an exchange day, you have visited the TasPorts Website and selected the PIP & MSIC Transition & Induction link from the main menu, and fully completed the process applicable to you.
In all circumstances the new TasPorts online induction must be completed as part of the transition process. You must complete your online induction no later than 7 business days prior to attending an exchange day. Any persons attending an exchange day that have not competed the induction at least 7 business days prior, will not have their MSICs activated, or where applicable, their Temporary Access cards issued.
The enclosed PIP Exchange document will provide:
- Information on what you will need to know and/or do prior to attending an exchange day, and what will occur on the exchange day.
- List of locations you can attend for the exchange program.
- Calendar of dates and times for nominated locations.
It is important that you read all the information carefully to ensure that when you attend an exchange day, we are in a position to complete the exchange for you.
