This conference’s theme centres around Building Resilient Pilotage, and brings together world leading subject matter experts from Australasian, Europe and Asia to speak on topics that will benefit a wide audience including Marine Pilots, Regulators, Port Operators, and Industry Leaders.

TasPorts team of highly experienced pilots provide pilotage services around the State to ensure the safety of a ship’s passage into and out of Tasmanian port waters.

Pilotage services at Tasmanian ports are provided 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Pilotage is compulsory for all ships of 35 metres Length Over All (LOA), or greater, unless a valid pilotage exemption certificate is held by the Ship’s Master.
